At Massage Space, we understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone's life. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, car problems, traffic considerations, business meetings, and project deadlines, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling a massage appointment. In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage experience to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our therapists' time, we have adopted the following policies:

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. At our discretion, we will require a credit card to book/hold your appointment. Your credit card will not be charged if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are booking your massage within 24-hours of the actual appointment, cancellation is not possible, and you will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

As a courtesy to our other guests and staff, appointments will be automatically demmed cancelled 20 minutes after scheduled start time, and charged according to cancellation policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase, and are neither redeemable nor refundable for cash. Gift Certificates may be purchased for Intorudctiory Offers but will only be valid for first visit.

 

PRE-PAID SERVICES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
Remained balance on pre-paid services can be used for another service of equal value.

 

GRATUITY
Prices do not include gratuity. In appreciation to our staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion.

 

PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice.

All membership benefits are only for active members in good standing during the term of their membership.

 

Membership Services:
All memberships include your choice of a massage or signature facial each month. Your EFT (electronic funds transfer) will cover your first prepaid service for the month.
 

Additional Membership Massage and Facials Services:
Members may purchase an unlimited number of additional services for their personal use at discounted member rates.
 

Rollover Privileges :
Members may rollover any unused services to the following month. Rollover services expire 6 months from the date of issue. Upon termination of your month to month membership, accumulated member service packages will stay in your account and will expire 6 months from their individual date of issue. Rollover massages may also be turned into Gift Certificates or gifted to a guest of the member.
 

Retail Discounts:
A 10% discount is given to all members on retail product purchases.
 

Gift Card Purchases and Guest Privileges:
Members may purchase an unlimited number of gift cards as well as bring in an unlimited number of guests at member rates.
 

Membership Freeze Option:
A membership may be frozen for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months with no additional cost.
 

  • Memberships can only be frozen two times in a 12 month period for a maximum of 3 months at a time. A membership must be unfrozen a minimum of 30 days before it can be frozen again.

  • Members can redeem accumulated services during a freeze but cannot utilize any additional membership benefits (i.e. bringing guests, gift card purchases, retail discounts).

  • A minimum of one EFT payment must have been made before a membership is eligible to be frozen
     

  1. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable
     

  2. Massage Space must be notified about any changes in address, contact information and/or credit card information.
     

  3. Guests must follow spa rules and regulations. Massage Space reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason.
     

  4. Massage Space reserves the right to modify/change spa rules, regulations, services and pricing with reasonable notice.
     

  5. Twenty four hour advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation. Failure to do so will result in member's monthly prepaid being charged towards the scheduled service.
     

  6. Massage Space is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
     

  7. Age requirements for receiving spa services vary by state and local law and Massage Space strictly complies with such laws. Our policy is as follows:
     

  • Must be over the age of 14 to receive a massage

  • Must be over the age of 13 to receive a Teen facial.

  • If under the age of 18 a parent/guardian signature is required for the minor to receive our services.

  • Any minor between the ages of 14 – 15 requires that the parent remain in the treatment room while massage services are being performed.

  • Any minor between the ages of 16 – 17 requires that the parent remain on the premises while massage services
